Owner, Designer & Seamstress
Born into an artistic family, Charlotte has been immersed in creativity all her life. She began making clothes at a young age and in her early teens decided to pursue a career in the fashion industry.
She graduated from UCA in Rochester Kent at the age of 21 with a fashion degree. Charlotte was selected to showcase her end of year collection at London Fashion Week, the collection was nominated for River Island’s Gold Award. This helped kick start her career as a freelance designer; travelling globally whilst based in London.
In her free-time she studied at St Martins College in London and gained a Master Of Arts in Fashion Atelier.
Having always loved the subtle tones and romance of bridal, she moved back to Kent to launch her own company.
Founded in 2009, Alexander Sharpe Bridal is a design studio, based in Chilham, near Canterbury, Kent. Creating luxury bespoke wedding gowns, whilst offering an exclusive bridal alterations service.
Alexander Sharpe Bridal is a small, highly skilled team of seamstresses, with over 50 years combined industry experience.
We have become Kent’s leading specialists in bridal alterations, working closely with all bridal boutiques in and around Kent.
From the moment you step inside our stunning bridal suite, to the moment you walk down the aisle, we will be by your side, to make your wedding dreams come true.
